eunicorn at samar.
its been awhile since i last took someone out. was wondering whether it was a silly idea but id thought itll be fun since she hardly comes back to singapore.
so yeah, it turned out pretty well in the end. she liked the mediterranean setting, the food and her hibiscus-infused drink. i had roast chicken and iced mint tea. we chatted till we hardly noticed that time was fast passing by. and that was a good thing really.
to think that she's 3 years my junior, yet she's been to alot of places and met alot of different people. she's in college surrounded by naturally gifted people, been busy doing theatre and hoping to crossover to singing. i guess she's lucky enough to experience a more wholesome education over there.
when it was time for her to leave, lets just say its an unwritten rule that the guy settles the bill for a first date.
and before she boarded her train, she rushed over and gave me a hug.
that's prolly the first time i ever got hugged by someone other than my mom.
